2.     Students should have completed 10+2 (or equivalent) examinations from a recognized board.

4.     General category students should have scored minimum 45% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination. For SC/ST/OBC candidates, the minimum aggregate marks is 40%.

For BNYS admissions, the authorities will select students on the basis of their performance in the entrance examination. While most of the institutes consider MEDICAL ENTRANCE EXAM as the entrance examination, there are some which also conduct their own entrance tests. During the personal interview, the students may be asked questions to understand their general aptitude. Selected students will be informed by the institutes about their admissions.
